By filling in this form you can request access to the following SERVICES for you and your team:

extranet medical
This is the repository for the entire CEFLA AFTER-SALES documentation.
Registered users of extranet medical can consult all available documentation and access the spare parts catalogue.


Important: the complete technical documentation, which includes installation and technical manuals, software, firmware, drivers, technical videos, etc., is only accessible to “Qualified Technicians” who have successfully passed the tests following the TRAINING COURSES.

Cefla Medical Equipment HUB (currently available for products compatible with Neowise software only).
This is the portal for consultation and management of NEOWISE software licences, necessary for the acquisition, display and processing of X-ray images. 
Access is granted to the General Manager and Service Managers.

Learning Management System (LMS)
This is the platform for the management and distribution of courses and technical content.
Each user has access to the courses appropriate to their role and on the products they are interested in.

easyticket
This is the tool that can be accessed via app or PC created to contact CEFLA SERVICE in order to receive technical support, add installation reports, track the device for its entire life cycle.

easyaccess
This is the free APP to diagnose, collect data and update the firmware, without having to physically connect to the device (available for treatment and sterilization).
Tickets and installation reports can be managed and entered via APP.

easycheck
It is a web PORTAL that allows you to remotely manage devices.
